HUD Calls for Response on Enterprise Income Verification



HUD is seeking comments from owners and managers about its Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) System. Specifically, HUD would like to hear about the experiences of owners and managers in seeking and gaining access to the EIV System and in using various multifamily applications and reports contained within the EIV System.

Sending comments to HUD. Owners and managers wishing to submit comments about EIV should email their comments to: MF_EIV_Comments@hud.gov.

Registering as an EIV user. To access the EIV System, owners and managers must register. Instructions for gaining access to EIV are found on the Multi-family EIV Web site: www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/mfh/rhiip/eiv/eivhome.cfm.

To view RHIIP archives, go to www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/mfh/rhiip/mfhrhiip.cfm and click on “Listserv-Multifamily RHIIP tips.” To get electronic alerts from HUD about current developments in the multifamily housing field, sign up for the RHIIP ListServ at www.hud.gov/subscribe/mailinglist.cfm.
